Experience
I’m a UX Researcher / Designer with a background in user-centered design and data analytics. I have a broad history of professional user-focused work in research & data analytics, application design, user testing, prototyping and UX. Applying lean practices has allowed me to improve internal, client and user process flows. The illustration of impact to client programs has provided me opportunities to speak at national and regional venues to share case studies and processes. My background and capabilities equip me to be data-driven and understand business strategies/goals. From there I work together with clients to create systems that will achieve client business goals and enhance their users’ experiences.
